Finding information
You can search for documents by typing in words or a phrase in to the search box located at the top right of each webpage.

Printing webpages
The navigation areas (including the banner, left hand navigation and footer) are automatically removed when you print webpages. This allows the page's content to be printed correctly on A4 paper.
Browser compatibility
Web browser software capable of rendering cascading style sheets is needed for optimal viewing. If you experience problems not related to your PC, communications line or Internet Service Provider, please contact us for assistance.
PDF files
Some documents on this site are presented as PDF files. To view them you will need a PDF viewer program installed on your computer.
Visit the Adobe website to download the free Adobe Reader from the Adobe website or talk to your IT service provider for assistance with the software. There are other software options available.
The Adobe Accessibility Resource Center provides tools and information to help make Adobe PDF files accessible to users with visual disabilities. It contains accessibility tools which convert Adobe PDF documents into HTML or plain text which can then be read by a common screen reading programs. All links going to PDF files are clearly identified.

Accessibility
We have not found solutions to all accessibility issues on this website due to the technology used to maintain it. However, we have designed the site to cause as few problems as possible using W3C accessibility guidelines. If you require any further information please contact us on (03) 9655 8812.
Use of Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) have been kept to a strict minimum on this site and are used only where content is aimed at a particular audience. If you cannot access these files with your current software, it is possible to download free viewers from the Microsoft Office Downloads page. If you are in a workplace environment please consult with your IT people before attempting to install new software.
