Track Record bulletins report the performance of Victoria's public transport services on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Customer satsifaction

Each quarter, the Track Record bulletin includes the results of Customer satisfaction surveys. A summary of Customer Satisfaction Monitor is also available. 

Metropolitan train peak passenger loads

Passenger Load Standards Surveys are conducted twice a year to measure passenger loads across the metropolitan train network.

Performance monitoring
