Lost or stolen cards

If your Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) member card is lost or stolen, call the VTD on 1800 638 802 between 8am - 6pm, Monday – Friday, or email us at mptp.taxi@transport.vic.gov.au 

• Your old card will be cancelled.
• A new card will be ordered for you.
• The new card will cost $16.50.
• Your new card should arrive by post within five business days.
  

If there are special circumstances, you may not have to pay for the new card.

The card has security features to help stop the card being used if it is lost or stolen. The security features will only work if you report the loss to the Victorian Taxi Directorate.
